
Telling the Best Tech Tale

In this challenge we ask the question; who can tell the best tech tale that is catchy, innovative and relevant for the public?
We are looking for the most tech savvy people from all of VIA University College that can convey their message, so EVERYONE understands the purpose and potential of the chosen tech topic.
In every educational program at VIA University College there are students, who are experts in a tech field. Let’s share the knowledge!
The best Tech Tale will be awarded with a spot at the Tech Tales Competition 22nd of June 2020.
Participate in the challenge by submitting your idea no later than the 29-05-2020. Please follow the guidelines.
Submit your idea before the 29th of May 2020 at 12pm (noon).

It will be announced who will continue to IWDK's Tech Tale Competition the 14th of June 2020
The winners of the challenge will participate in Tech Tales Competition. The competetion will be held at Aarhus Musikhus the 22nd of June at 6pm - 10pm.




Guidelines
The challenge is for all students at VIA University College, no matter skill set, age, background etc., since our ambition is to make it interesting both for the tech experts and the tech novices.
To be considered for the Tech Tales Challenge, you must submit your tech tale to the best of your ability.
The winner of the challenge, will get the opportunity to present his/her Tech Tale live at Tech Tale Competition at Aarhus Musikhus.
Each contestant at the has a maximum of 15 minutes to present their tech tales live. The audience, physical as well as virtual, will together with the jury choose the best and most enlightening Tech Tale of the evening.
The Tech Tales will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Communication skills
- Creativity
- Explanatory power– does it make sense in the real world or is it just hot air?
How to participate
Create an account with username and password and upload your nomination. It's that simple. Please send us an email if you have any problems.
Language
The challenge is conducted in English.
