INGA is a student-driven consultation organization that accelerates SME's and cities’ and municipalities sustainable transition with the co-creation of interdisciplinary and international-minded student-teams from different universities dependent on the project at hand. Working with a new but already proven methodology, the organization and its platform focus on the green transition of the SME's, cities and municipalities, thus finding the right students for the interdisciplinary teams and carefully matching them with project-work at different levels and within different areas of sustainability dependent on the need of the customer.

In the last year, two different INGA-teams have been working on projects with Aalborg Municipality at the Department of Energy and Environment. The work focused on optimizing Aalborg municipality's newly launched sustainability-awareness campaign 'Make us All Greener'. Already, INGA has worked with several other organizations and has been approached by new interested organizations and municipalities with the possibility to work across many areas of Denmark and within different areas of sustainability.

Impact on organizations, municipalities, and cities: Enables a fast, cheap and co-creative approach to the sustainable and green transitions that is greatly needed. Impact on society - national and international students are taught essential skills on interdisciplinary and co-creative sustainability project work, which contribute to the sustainable development of Danish companies, municipalities, cities while preparing the work-force of the future and giving them a meaningful student-job.

The projects and student-teams can be replicated at different organizations, municipalities or cities in Denmark and other countries. As the name suggests, it can be scaled to an international network of student-teams.
